  • Once your return is approved, you can ship the item back to us at your own cost. We
    recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items
