Payment Policy

1. Payment Terms:

  • Payments for products/services are due on day of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers.

2. Invoices:

  • Invoices will be sent to the customer at time of order.
  • Any discrepancies or issues with invoices must be reported to Vogue Home Furniture within 1 day of receiving the invoice.

3. Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Refunds are available only in the event that services/products do not meet the agreed- upon terms. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Cancellations or changes to orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service or delivery date. After this time, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Payment Plans:

  • If agreed upon, customers may be eligible for a payment plan. Details of the payment plan, including amounts, dates, and terms, will be provided in a separate agreement.

5. Currency:

  • All payments are due in Australian dollars.
